Description

ipsec-tunnel-down— By enabling the ipsec-tunnel-down option, the traps are generated for IPsec tunnel going down only when the associated peer IKE SA is up.

peer-down—By enabling the peer-down option, the traps are generated when peer goes down. Traps for the corresponding IPsec tunnels going down for the peer are not generated.
