request security utm anti-virus avira-engine

Description

Manually update the Avira antivirus pattern database using the command described. To update automatically you use the configuration statement set security utm default-configuration anti-virus avira-engine pattern-update interval seconds. Avira is an internal scan engine that provides a full file-based anitvirus scanning feature. The full file-based antivirus scanning feature is a separately licensed subscription service. The Avira scan engine is provided as a downloadable Content Security module. You can download and install virus signature database.

Options

  • pattern-delete — Delete the current Avira antivirus pattern database.

  • pattern-local-update — Update the Avira antivirus pattern database from local folder.

  • pattern-reload — Reload the Avira antivirus pattern database.

  • pattern-update — Update the Avira antivirus pattern database with the latest signatures.
