Description

The frequency lock threshold option controls the frequency offset in parts per billion (ppb) that the servo will lock with. Locking with a higher frequency lock threshold allows a quicker frequency lock, although at the expense of a higher phase offset per window in the phase aligned state. This option can be used for PTP applications that do not demand strict requirements that are typically needed with telecom applications.

  • Range: 1 ppb through 15 ppb

  • Default: 1 ppb
