Hierarchy Level

Description

Specify as an active or backup process of an application server, configure to process traffic for more than one logical application server.

Options

command binary-file-path

Path to the binary process.

disable

Disable the redundancy interface management process.

failover

Configure the device to reboot if the software process fails four times within 30 seconds, and specify the software to use during the reboot.

alternate-media

Configure the device to switch to backup media that contains a version of the system if a software process fails repeatedly.

other-routing-engine

Instruct the secondary Routing Engine to take primary role if a software process fails. If this statement is configured for a process, and that process fails four times within 30 seconds, then the device reboots from the secondary Routing Engine.
