Description

Configure the message-flood parameter to limit the number of Media Gateway messages processed per second. Messages exceeding the threshold are dropped by the Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) Application Layer Gateway (ALG). This feature is disabled by default.

Options

threshold rate—Number of connection requests per second allowed per Media Gateway.

  • Range: 2 through 50000

  • Default: 1000
