Hierarchy Level

Description

Configure the system syslog transport option.

Options

tcp

Configure TCP as the transport protocol.

tls

Configure TLS as the transport protocol. TLS uses certificates to authenticate peers. Before configuring this statement, make sure that your device has CA certificate and the PKI.

udp

Configure UDP as the transport protocol.

Default: UDP

Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 21.2R1 for EX Series switches and MX Series routers.
