Description

Configure the device to be an IGMP querier. IGMP querier allows the device to proxy for a multicast router and send out periodic IGMP queries in the network. This action causes the device to consider itself an multicast router port. The remaining devices in the network simply define their respective multicast router ports as the interface on which they received this IGMP query. Use the source-address statement to configure the source address to use for IGMP snooping queries.
