Syntax
request vmhost cleanup invoke-on; (re0 | re1); routing engine;
Description
Clean up temporary files, crash generated files, and log files located in the /var/tmp, /var/crash, and /var/log directories respectively on the host OS.
You can clean up files of any format in the /var/tmp and /var/crash location. However, you can cleanup only the .gz format files in the /var/log/ location.
Options
none—Clean up temporary files, crash generated files, and log files located in the /var/tmp, /var/crash, and /var/log directories on the host OS running on the Routing Engine on the local Virtual Chassis member.
invoke-on | (Optional) Clean up temporary files, crash generated files, and log files on all the Routing Engines or the other Routing Engine. Clean up files in /var/tmp, /var/crash, and /var/log on the host OS running on a router that has dual Routing Engines.
