show class-of-service

Syntax

Description

Display the entire class-of-service (CoS) configuration, including system-chosen defaults. Executing this command is equivalent to executing all show class-of-service commands in succession.

Options

This command has no options.

Output Fields

Table 1 lists all possible output fields for the show class-of-service command. The output fields that appear can vary depending on the platform, software release, and operating system (Junos OS or Junos OS Evolved).

The forwarding class configuration:

  • Forwarding class—Name of the forwarding class.

  • ID—Forwarding class ID.

  • Queue—Queue number.

  • dscp—Aliases for DiffServ code point (DSCP) values.

  • ieee–802.1—Aliases for IEEE 802.1p values.

  • exp—Aliases for MPLS EXP values.

Alias

Names given to CoS values.

Bit pattern

Set of bits associated with an alias.

Classifier

Name of the classifier.

Code point

Code-point values.

Loss priority

Loss priority assigned to specific CoS values and aliases of the classifier.

Rewrite rule

Name of the rewrite rule if one has been configured.

Drop profile

Name of the drop profile.

Type

Type of drop profile.

Fill level

Percentage of queue buffer fullness in a drop profile at which packets begin to drop during periods of congestion.

Scheduler map

Name of the scheduler map.

Name of the scheduler.

Transmit rate

Transmission rate of the scheduler.

Excess rate

Percentage of excess bandwidth traffic to share.

Buffer size

Delay buffer size in the queue.

Transport protocol corresponding to the drop profile.

Enabled if a congestion notification profile is applied to the interface; disabled if no congestion notification profile is applied to the interface.

Name of the forwarding class set (priority group).

Only on systems that support enhanced transmission selection (ETS) hierarchical port scheduling.
